| Ejector Pins / Retainers |
|
Epic produces tapered ejector pins to any custom application. Vented or non-vented
styles with any length thread can be made. Epic also makes two piece construction ejector pins.
The main advantage is the replaceable tip is that it costs less than replacing the entire pin.
The tips can be made from steel or nylon and the steel tips can be heat treated
for better wear resistance.
Additionally, Epic makes any retainers, adjusters or pin bases to mount the ejector pins.

| Ejector Liners / Bushings |
Epic Machine makes a wide variety of ejector liner bushings that are used
in foundry applications. They can be made from steel that is hardened and ground, while many are
produced from cast iron, aluminum and nylon depending on your tooling requirements.

| Nylon Blow Tube |
|
Epic Machine produces a variety of nylon blow tubes. They can have a
fully threaded exterior for a universal installation or can be made to a specific length.

| Steel Blow Tubes |
Epic Machine produces a wide variety of steel blow tubes in any custom length.
They can be round or elongated in shape and can be mounted using a SHCS or Pan Head Screw.

|
| Roller Wheels & Axles |
|
Epic Machines makes roller wheels, v-rollers, flanged rollers, roller axles,
spacers and complete roller assemblies that are used in foundry applications. Most rollers are
hardened for improved wear resistance and are precision bored for bearings to be press fit in them.

| Round and Elongated Bushings |
Epic Machine produces a wide variety of locating bushings that is used in sand core
operations, lost foam tooling and permanent mold making areas. We produce round, elongated, flanged and
headless styles in standard and metric dimensions. Most bushings are heat treated to 60 Rc and are ground
to .001 tolerances. We can make bushings for lost foam tooling applications that have special corrosion
resistant coatings. Epic Machine also can make bushings for permanent mold applications that require heat
resistant steel that are nitrided for wear resistance. We additionally make the bushing retainers
that hold the bushings down and in alignment.

| Locating Pins |
|
Epic Machine makes locating pins for sand core, lost foam and permanent mold
applications. We produce round, square, hex, flanged and tapered locating pins. Epic can also make
pins that are coated for corrosion resistance or improved wear resistance. Most locating pins are heat
treated to 60 Rc and are precision ground to a .001 tolerance. We additionally make the locating keys
that function with the square and hex locating pins.

| Steel Tamping Tubes / Pins |
Epic Machine produces steel and nylon versions of tamping tubes used in foundry sand core applications.
They can be made complete with vent screens installed or left out for you to finish.

| Wear Pads, Stop Pads, Locating Cups |
|
Epic Machine produces a wide variety of wear out items such as locating
cups, wear pads, stop pads, guides, slides and clamping fingers. These items are heat treated to 60
Rc for wear resistance.

| Adapter Cars, Frames and Bolsters |
Epic Machine can fabricate and machine adapter cars, frames and bolsters that
are used in sand core producing operations. We can provide a complete assembly with the frame
being painted, engraved and assembled with doors, seal and hardware.
